2. The Rinks Anaheim ICE
Celebrate your special day with your friends at The Rinks Anaheim ICE. This indoor ice rink brings hockey and skating to Orange County, regardless of how sunny it is outside.

7. Discovery Cube
Discovery Cube opens up its private event room for birthday parties. When you rent the room, you'll have access to a party host and an on-site catering menu.
During a deluxe party, guests can watch one of two science demonstrations to complete an exciting experiment. The Orange County Discovery Cube presents the Galaxy in a Jar and Clothespin Race Cars demonstrations. You'll have the party room to yourself for two hours.
Children can also immerse themselves in scientific exhibits. The permanent Dino Quest exhibit encourages hands-on learning with a fossil excavation site and replicas of life-sized dinosaurs.
Race to Recycle is another interactive exhibit that makes learning fun. Children compete to see who can sort waste from recyclables the fastest.
Newport Beach

8. Balboa Fun Zone

10. Bolsa Chica State Beach

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen television and audio system. The indoor playground in Huntington Beach is jam-packed with pastel colors and all sorts of climbing equipment.

12. Pretend City Children’s Museum
Birthday parties at Pretend City Children's Museum go off without a hitch. The party room can accommodate up to 25 guests (including adult attendees). You'll have access to a sink with running water, a refrigerator, and a freezer.
While Pretend City provides the party host, you can bring food, drinks, and decorations of your choice. After the party, your child and their guests can explore the museum.
Engaging exhibits encourage children to take hands-on approaches as they learn about topics such as banking and construction.
13. Boomers Irvine
Bright, flashing lights and seemingly endless games abound when you have your birthday party at Boomers in Irvine. The exact offerings for your event depend on the party package you book.
All packages come with pizza, arcade credits, and some access to the on-site attractions. While the Silver Party Package only includes three single uses of attractions, the Platinum Party Package allows unlimited access.

14. Tanaka Farms
Private parties at Tanaka Farms let you take the birthday festivities to a stunning rural venue. For three hours, you'll have access to a tent and wooden picnic tables for around 60 people. To book a private party, a minimum of 15 farm tour tickets is required.
While you won’t have access to refrigeration or electricity, you can order food from the on-site grill or bring your meal. The tours offered during your party depend on the season. You might tour the strawberry fields in the spring or the pumpkin patch in the fall.
During its Hikari festival in the winter months, Tanaka Farms is one of the best places to see Christmas lights in Orange County.
Costa Mesa

15. TeWinkle Park
TeWinkle Park is a popular destination for birthday parties for younger children. You can reserve the park up to one year in advance to guarantee your use of the covered picnic tables and barbecue at your desired time.
The park offers access to sports fields and hiking and walking trails, but the playground is the star of the show. The bright colors and fun equipment, such as a rocking boat and swinging rings, delight younger children. Older kids often gravitate toward the skate park or the baseball field.
Much of the equipment sits under shady canopies to protect visitors from the sun, and sand for digging and constructing castles is a popular addition.
